Welcome to Dongni Hou limited editions (“we,” “us,” “our”). These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of limited edition artworks and related products created by Dongni Hou (the “Artist”).

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Products – Limited Editions
3.1 Nature of Limited Editions

All artworks sold on this website are limited editions created by the Artist. Each piece:

  • Is produced in a strictly limited quantity.

  • May be numbered and/or signed.

  • Will not be reproduced beyond the stated edition size.

Once an edition is sold out, it will not be restocked unless explicitly stated.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product details, dimensions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

  • Minor variations may occur due to the handmade or artistic nature of the works.

  • Packaging may differ slightly from images shown.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EURO.

  • Prices include/exclude applicable taxes (specify as relevant).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

  • Opened or damaged packaging.

  • Missing certificate of authenticity.

7.3 Return Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
